Design Wall Replacement Parts Endcap

I was so thankful for the replacement pieces for my design wall. The services was very quick as well.

I wrote a 1 star review because I thought they shipped to the wrong address. What happened was I set up order to go to a friend, then went back into order to change number of parts and then checked out. At that point I didn't check shipping address and it went to my address instead of my friend's address. My apologies! Off the Wall has great products and customer service!

I recently sold my design wall to a friend who had more space than I did. I lost one of the little caps and decided to order her two sets. I filled out the shipping address for my friend's house and my billing address on the order. A week later I received the order at my house. I had to make a special trip to deliver the parts to my friend. If you are ordering and want to ship to someone else, I would suggest calling first, because you might end up having to pay for shipping twice to your friend.
