Initial shipment includes a base (numbered or not) with frame, and one 12x12" puzzle Price includes shipping within the USA. Every month for the next 11 months the recipient will receive a new puzzle. (No base after the first one)
*Annual subscription = $295 which includes initial shipment then monthly deliveries for 11 months, averaging $25 per month.
All numbered puzzle pieces match the numbers in the frames.
Important Photo tips:
-AFTER placing your order email 12 photos to custom@offthewallquilt.com and include your order number. We will use the first 12. Extras will be deleted.
-Please do not capture photos from Facebook. They will be compressed and do not come out clear when they are printed.
-Do not crop pictures. We will do that as needed but make sure your subject takes up the majority of the picture.
-Only send pictures that you own. You are responsible for checking for any copyright issues. Click here for more information
